Calnan & Associates and Jaros, Baum & Bolles, our team converted two floors into cutting-edge lab-ready spaces, maintaining a 65/35 lab-office split.

Schrödinger, a distinguished leader in crafting chemical simulation software tailored for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and materials, is one of the project’s tenants and recently secured the esteemed LEED Silver and Fitwel Certification for their freshly inaugurated laboratory and office premises. The LEED and Fitwel Certifications are recognized globally as leading accreditation systems for structures and communities fostering health and wellness.
