5-STEP FF&E PROCESS
1. PROJECT ANALYSIS
Ci Procurement provides professional FF&E procurement services for our client’s furniture, artwork, accessories and interior décor needs. Working closely with our in-house Interior Design staff as well as FF&E manufacturers and vendors, Ci Procurement provides detailed FF&E management and coordination ensuring a seamless integration of design, furnishings and décor. We also provide detailed FF&E budgeting, cost evaluation, purchasing, tracking, shipping, warehousing, delivery, installation, inventory management and detailed invoicing.
2. DESIGN & SELECTION
Our direct purchasing accounts with over 100 FF&E manufacturers and vendors provide a wide selection of indoor and outdoor furniture, rugs, draperies, artwork and accessories for every project. Our team’s decades-long sourcing experience leverages strategic partnerships for cost savings, bulk buying power and timely delivery.

3. PURCHASING & WAREHOUSING
Using state-of-the-art cloud-based software to order, track and expedite our clients’ FF&E projects, our expert coordination of local and national warehousing professionals ensures items are received, inspected, and stored securely in preparation of delivery and installation at the project site.
4. DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Working directly with experienced delivery and installation teams, Ci Procurement carefully manages the delivery and installation of items from the warehouse to the project site. Our on-site team oversees all aspects of the installation—coordinating with the delivery crews, art, and drapery installers, successfully delivering and curating our clients’ FF&E experiences.
5. INVENTORY & COST RECONCILIATION
Ci Procurement expertly documents all FF&E items, confirming quality and providing real-time resolutions for potential damage. We will provide a detailed final inventory outline to reach a final cost reconciliation with the client, guaranteeing a successful project delivered on time and within budget.
