Ci provided architectural, lab, and interior design services for this 60,000-square-foot life science facility conversion for Outshine Properties. Ci’s in-house lab planning team designed this lab-ready space over two floors with a 65/35 lab/office split. This project included space for two to four tenants, a loading dock and development test fits.
