Ci worked within the constraints of an existing facility with tight floor-to-floor heights to convert traditional office space into a highly functional laboratory environment. The project involves a multi-tenant design approach, incorporating flexible spec suites to accommodate a range of potential users. The life science facility conversion features lab-ready space over two floors with a 65/35 lab/office split.
