Ci designed an 11-story, ground-up research and development building for Verdynt, a life science real estate firm dedicated to redefining traditional lab spaces by providing flexible, adaptable environments that accommodate the rapidly changing needs of their tenants. The 390,000 SF modern facility houses incubator labs, research and development labs, vivarium spaces and high-end amenities.
