F.W. Webb is the largest wholesale distributer of plumbing, heating, HVAC, refrigeration and pipes, valves, and fittings in the Northeast. Ci provided design services for a new, ground up 1,060,000 SF logistic distribution center facility which included approximately 110,000 SF of corporate office, of which 80,000 SF being located within an stack office appenditure in Londonderry, NH. The facility included a state-of-the-art training room, cafeteria, break-rooms, call center, executive offices, board room, new workplace solution strategy, and specialized workstations for each department.
