Three industrial buildings totaling more than 1 million square feet for the First State Logistics Park in Newark, Delaware are currently under construction.

Ci Design is providing architectural services on FCL Builders’ design-build team to deliver this lake-front property along Sunset Lake and one mile from the entrance to Interstate 95. The Logistics Property Company and CBRE development is expected to be completed this October.
