environments—allowing for visual connectivity while supporting diverse work styles. A key design focus was lab flexibility, ensuring
adaptable spaces that can evolve with the company’s research needs. Additionally, scientists were provided with windows, introducing daylighting into the lab—a rare and valuable feature that enhances the work environment, promotes well-being and improves productivity. 

To transform the existing office floor into lab spaces, Ci navigated structural limitations to ensure proper
ventilation and utility distribution. The team balanced stringent lab standards with an efficient, collaborative layout—all while working within the constraints of an existing building.
