The office area includes designated areas for cubicles, private offices, conference rooms, and common areas such as break rooms and reception areas. The lab space accommodates research and development activities, with specialized equipment, workstations, storage areas and a passive pH neutralization system under the sinks.

This interactive office-lab layout with interior glazing allows for a mix of collaborative and focused work. Ample natural light and expansive views create a bright and open atmosphere. Branding colors on accent walls and updated LED lighting allow the client to convey its innovative mission.
