The recently completed Alcresta Therapeutics laboratory and office renovation on the second floor of Stonybrook Office Park transforms the space with modern and functional design for the medical equipment manufacturing company. Featuring both open-plan and private offices, the new workspace caters to a range of work styles and needs. Converting some of the existing office spaces into laboratories required extensive planning and collaboration with experts in the field to ensure all safety and technical requirements were met. A pH neutralization system ensured safe disposal of lab waste and efficient water treatment. A dedicated lab exhaust to the roof maintained a safe environment for laboratory workers by exhausting hazardous fumes and gases.

Ci successfully repurposed the space to create a lab without compromising the overall functionality of the offices and offering amenities such as collaboration zones, multiple conference rooms, a pantry and a wellness room with soft seating and ambient lighting.
