Ci Design updated and designed this office, reception, and back area in Waltham, MA for a surgical robotics company. The 29,000 SF project consists of two distinct spaces: a front area for software and R&D, and a back portion for hardware engineering. Both spaces embrace an open office floorplan and contain an array of seating and meeting options.

The office space consists of an open floor plan to encourage communication between employees. An array of seating options as well as sit-to-stand desks allow for employees to be flexible in their working environments. The huddle rooms were designed with semi-transparent walls to increase connectivity in the work environment. The break area consists of a kitchenette with a sink, microwave, storage, and several seating options.

The entire first floor was given updated finishes, including new flooring, paint, and lighting.
