Salisbury Town Center includes three sites in the historic district of Salisbury, Maryland. The mixed-use project features 222 multi-family units within three buildings, each four stories of on-grade, wood frame construction with direct access to the city’s new parking garage. The development’s amenities include four separate courtyards and ground-floor retail with a resident terrace overlooking the town square.


The resident amenities also include an 8,000-square-foot clubhouse with a fitness center, kids room, business center and a double-height community room with visual connections to the project’s outdoor amenities. Outside of the clubhouse, residents can enjoy a saltwater pool, year-round outdoor spaces, BBQ pits and warming kitchens. Additional resident amenities include a dog park, dog grooming area, electric vehicle charging stations and an outdoor grill.  The project is directly connected to the urban fabric of Downtown Salisbury with another portion of retail facing Unity Square, the city’s new walkable park with greenery and picnic tables.
