Ci fully converted an existing office building, into a state-of-the-art, multi-tenant research and development facility with supporting office space. The move-in-ready BSL2 lab suites, ranging from 5,000 to 165,000 SF, are known as Progressive Graduation Labs, with a goal to revolutionize the industry, addressing the issue of biotech’s workspace constraints.
