Ci completed the Alcresta Therapeutics laboratory and office renovation on the second floor of Stonybrook Office Park, transforming the space with modern and functional design for the medical equipment manufacturing company. Converting some of the existing office spaces into laboratories required careful planning and collaboration with field experts to ensure all safety and technical requirements were met.

 

The new workspace features a mix of open-plan areas and private offices, catering to a variety of work styles and needs. The team successfully delivered the full floor renovation with minimal disruptions to neighboring tenants in the existing building.
