Ci reconfigured and redeveloped a world-class global research and development center for Saint-Gobain. This project involved a full tenant reconfiguration within an active facility, requiring careful coordination between two existing tenants to ensure seamless execution. The existing ACF laboratory was transformed into an advanced industrial chemistry lab, optimizing the space for cutting-edge research. The conversion included a complete redesign of the lab layout to improve functionality and workflow, along with the creation of specialty spaces tailored to support the chemical lab process, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety. To align with the client’s brand identity, colors and materials were carefully selected in accordance with the company’s brand guidelines. The design also prioritized transparency and connectivity, incorporating large glass partitions between the lab and office spaces to foster collaboration and visual openness.
