The 78,181 SF grocery-anchored shopping center will feature a 26,181 SF Fresh Market and 52,000 SF of retail shops and restaurants, including a liquor store and outparcel building within the rapidly expanding masterplanned community of Wiregrass Ranch.

The overall Wiregrass Ranch development will feature 300 apartments in phase one, and an additional 100,000 SF of retail, 100-key hotel and 275 apartments in phase two.
