Riverbirch, a 40-acre mixed-use community, features 124,000 SF of grocery, retail and restaurants, as well as
36,000 SF of office space. A modern hotel will enhance local tourism, while 320 market-rate multi-family units will offer quality housing options. At the heart of the project, a central green plaza will provide gathering areas and promote community interaction. Additionally, the development retains options for Belk to remain within its existing footprint, preserving a key retail option within the development.
