Ci transformed a former office space for Schrödinger’s latest operations in chemical simulation software tailored for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and materials. The tenant fit-out featured a 60/40 lab/office split with specialized lab spaces and equipment planning for their state-of-the-art cryo-electron microscope. Ci worked closely with the MEP engineer to study vibration sensitivities, frate proximity and clearance heights to retrofit a room to house this groundbreaking technology. 
 
The office-to-lab conversion reimagined the space to support specialized equipment, airflow and safety requirements while fostering efficiency and collaboration. The project also secured the esteemed LEED Silver and Fitwel Certification for the freshly inaugurated laboratory and office premises.
