PRINCIPAL KEIRSTEN DEEGAN ANNOUNCED AS INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING PRACTICE LEADER


Ci, an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture firm, announces the new role of Principal Keirsten Deegan, AIA, as Industrial Manufacturing Practice Leader. Deegan brings over two decades of experience leading complex industrial manufacturing, science and technology, and commercial projects throughout the United States.


In her new role, Deegan will be instrumental in strengthening Ci’s Industrial Manufacturing Practice and shaping facilities that sustain today’s supply chain, including heavy and light manufacturing, distribution and e-commerce, food and beverage, and controlled environment agriculture projects.

Deegan’s approach to Industrial Manufacturing projects aims to maximize operational efficiency, optimize space utilization and ensure designs are adaptable to evolving industry needs. She prioritizes efficient spaces that meet the rigorous demands of modern logistics and distribution.

Notable projects within Ci’s Industrial Manufacturing Practice include an industrial campus totaling over 1 million square feet for Logistics Property Co.’s Glasgow Commons in Newark Delaware; a 67,000-square-foot manufacturing facility to house the largest solid-state battery assembly line in the US for Factorial Energy in Methuen, Massachusetts; and a 95,000-square-foot last mile distribution warehouse for DH Property Holdings and Pugh Management on 735 Broadway in Malden, Massachusetts.
