Hartt Cottages in Gainesville will include 212 single-family rental homes with 1, 2 and 3-bedroom units. The southern coastal cottage character is emphasized throughout the 4,581-square-foot amenity building, which includes a leasing office, lounge, fitness center and covered porch.
