Depot 499 is a 327,300 SF multi-family development consisting of two 5-story buildings with a shared stand-alone clubhouse. The project also features high-end amenities on the ground floor with access to a courtyard, in-ground pool, grilling pavilion and lawns.

The ground floor includes a large club room, theater and game room along with a pet spa, fitness and bike storage. The fifth floor overlooks the courtyard with an outdoor terrace. Currently under construction, the first 270-unit building will be completed in Spring 2025. The second phase will be completed in 2026.
