Ci provided master planning for the Banner Park cGMP ground-up campus, a multi-phase project that includes a 120,000 SF addition to an existing 20,000 SF office building, as well as a 180,000 SF ground-up facility. Ci designed the spaces to accommodate either a single tenant or multiple tenants in the bio-pharmaceutical, medical device or other related fields. The team leveraged the site’s topography to skillfully reduce the massing and scale of the facilities, addressing community concerns and seamlessly blending the development with the surrounding residential neighborhood.
