Ci provided full-scope FF&E design, selection and procurement for the residential clubhouse at AMAVI Mooresville, a modern rental home community located in Mooresville, North Carolina. The clubhouse serves as the heart of the community, offering residents a welcoming, stylish environment for social interaction, relaxation and wellness.

The scope of work includes the design, selection, purchasing, delivery and installation of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment to support a variety of programmed spaces, including the lobby and leasing office, resident lounge, fitness center, kitchenette and the pool deck.

Selections were made to reflect the community's contemporary farmhouse aesthetic, aligning with AMAVI's brand standards while emphasizing comfort, durability and cohesive interior design.
