The Village at Seven Pines is a 182,000 SF ground-up mixed-use development in the heart of the Seven Pines community.

With construction set to begin in early 2026, The Village at Seven Pines is designed to be more than just a shopping center—it’s a vibrant gathering space for residents and visitors alike. Anchored by a Publix and featuring a mix of national retailers, local businesses, dining and personal services, this walkable outdoor destination will enhance community living, working and regional shopping.

The project will also integrate Regency Centers' national headquarters, a relocation from their current Downtown Jacksonville office. Construction is estimated to start in early 2026, and the shopping center's first retailers will be open in 2027.
