Ci provided space planning, feasibility studies, architecture, interior design, and site enhancements for this renovated headquarters facility. Our team renovated existing and new labs, offices, amenity spaces such as kitchens and breakrooms, warehouse spaces, and the creation of a new c-suite. A fitness walking trail with exercise stations around the campus offers employees convenient options for physical activity during the day.

In pursuit of enhanced connectivity, Ci also evaluated various site solutions, including the addition of a new parking deck to improve traffic flow and accessibility.
