ROSEWICK APARTMENTS OPEN IN LA PLATA, MARYLAND

We're excited to mark the official opening of Rosewick Apartments in La Plata, Maryland with a ribbon-cutting ceremony alongside Harkins Builders, Inc. and our project partners.
Located at 138 Rosewick Corner Place, the complex features 193 multi-family units ranging from one to three bedrooms. The HUD re-financed project includes courtyards, a saltwater swimming pool with a BBQ grilling area, a clubhouse, business center, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park and a breezeway with outdoor seating and Amazon Hub. Ci provided architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding to bring this project to life.
Anthony Twyman, a compliance manager with the Charles County Economic Development Department, told Southern Maryland News, “Let me just say as a resident of Charles County … it is beautiful. I watched this grow over the past months, and it’s just wonderful to see.”
