Riverwalk Labs is the cover story in New England Real Estate Journal's latest edition! Boston real estate developer Redgate, in a joint venture with Optimum Asset Management S.A. and AEW, hired Ci and J. Calnan & Associates, Inc. to convert an office building at 14-16 Oak Park Dr. in Bedford, Massachusetts, into a 168,000-square-foot life sciences and manufacturing facility with high-end amenities.
