Ci is excited to be working with Regency Centers as the lead architect in the Northgate Mall Redevelopment in Durham, North Carolina!
The project will become Ellerbe Square, with a 140,245-square-foot retail building along Interstate 85 and Gregson Street featuring nine retail suites, and five additional retail buildings ranging in size. Our team is working with Regency on plans to demolish most of the mall structure to make way for a large anchor tenant, local and national retailers, and 762 parking spaces.
The reimagination of the mall will transform a largely vacant structure into a retail experience that connects City of Durham residents and visitors.
