Ci is providing planning and architectural services for the Riverbirch Corner shopping center redevelopment in Sanford, North Carolina. The mixed-use project with CASTO will feature ten buildings, including 310 multifamily units, 170,000 square feet of commercial space and 30,760 square feet of office space.
