Ci is providing architectural and planning services for the new Marlowe Capital Hills project with Greystar. The multi-family development will bring 404 market-rate units across 12 buildings along Capital Hills Drive. Amenities will feature a large swimming pool, two dog parks, a fitness center, plaza, courtyard, an outdoor kitchen and dining area with pergolas and grills.
