Congratulations Joseph Meir and Blue Ridge Realty, Inc. on the rezoning of 301 Glenwood Avenue! Ci is providing planning services on a downtown mixed-use development up to 20 stories in Raleigh. The project will include two towers of multi-family, office and hotel components.
