Amee brings over two decades of professional experience as a Principal and Director of Strategy and Interior Design at Ci. Her background in architecture, workplace design, strategy and change management informs her data-driven methodologies and innovative design solutions.

As a workplace strategist, Amee elevates real estate concepts to global strategic plans in complex projects. She has worked with several clients to successfully establish and implement workplace standards and strategies, custom-designed for them. Having lived in and studied architecture in India, she brings a unique global perspective to design in various sectors, including government, research and development, science and technology, among others.

Amee expertly combines team management, benchmarking and technical expertise to ensure quality results that align with the client’s schedule and budget. She furthers her knowledge and expertise as a member of the Indian Institute of Architects, National Council for Interior Design Qualifications and CoreNet. She is also on the event committee for Rosie's Place, a non-profit providing support and shelter for women in Boston, and a Commercial Real Estate Success Training (CREST) mentor as she strongly believes in giving back to the community in any way she can.
