Teressa Merck, AIA, NCIDQ, LEED AP, leads the interiors team and oversees strategy, project delivery, and growth within the firm's science and technology, mixed-use and residential, and mission critical practices.

Merck brings more than 20 years of experience in interior architecture, with a strong track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, delivering innovative design solutions, and fostering client relationships. Her collaborative and people-centered leadership style has successfully guided projects from early concept through execution while building strong client partnerships and mentoring the next generation of design professionals. She previously served as Managing Director and Principal at IA Interior Architects, where she led the Raleigh studio and contributed to the firm's growth across the Southeast.
