Our Principals started working with Kane Realty Corp. 20 years ago on the original North Hills Main District, transforming a struggling 1960s enclosed mall into a thriving mixed-use environment with a focus on retail. Fast-forward two decades, and Ci provided services to shape the latest evolution of the Main District—replacing the mall's last relic, a dormant JCPenny building, with a 2-million-square-foot complex.
The project includes 365,000 square feet of office in two buildings, 265 Apartments and 100,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, including a 3-level Restoration Hardware Gallery, Village Tavern, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Limani Grille, all atop two levels of 1,100 structured parking spaces. Several outdoor gathering spaces and an active central plaza create a walkable, urban destination.
