Ci was retained to plan Kane Realty’s 2 million-square-foot expansion of North Hills Main District. The project includes 365,000 square feet of office in two buildings, 265 Apartments, 1,100 structured parking spaces and 100,000 square feet of ground floor retail including a 3-level Restoration Hardware Gallery, Village Tavern, Ruth's Chris Steak House and Limani Grille. The project will also feature several outdoor gathering spaces and an active central plaza.
