Metropica will consist of 4 million square feet of transit-oriented commercial and residential development across 64 acres. Ci’s master plan incorporates 475,000 square feet of retail, restaurants and entertainment, 2,250 condominium residential units, 500 residential apartments, 610,00 square feet of office space, and 9,500 structured parking spaces within a dense urban neighborhood. The plan also calls for open space to create gathering points, as well as connections to nearby developments such as Sawgrass Mills and the BB&T Center. Ci also created the design and standards for the ground-level retail that will connect all aspects of the community.
