Ci converted a warehouse into a state-of-the-art incubator space, including 10 private BSL-2 labs with adjoining offices, shipping/receiving space and a new entrance to welcome life science startups in Worcester, Massachusetts.

These new spaces were designed and built with flexibility in mind, helping participating companies scale from concept to clinical trials.
