
This dynamic and engaging workplace for a confidential pharmaceutical and biotechnology client seamlessly blends interior design with brand storytelling. The workspace was thoughtfully designed around the concept of “neighborhoods” to support both wayfinding and the creation of smaller, more intimate working zones. Each neighborhood was defined by a distinct color—blue, green, and yellow—strategically selected from the client’s supplemental brand color palette. Shared spaces, such as the pantry and game room, featured orange, the client’s base brand color, to create a consistent visual anchor throughout the space.
To support a variety of workstyles and promote productivity, the layout was carefully zoned: social and active areas like the pantry, game room and other louder functions were positioned near the entrance, while quieter zones were located deeper within the floorplate, providing team members with areas for introspective work.
