MARKETING COORDINATOR - RALEIGH, NC

JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing Coordinator will support the Marketing and Senior Leadership Team in daily administration, graphic design, business development, public relations, social media, project proposals and presentations. This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. This is an entry-level position with growth potential. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Updates and maintains graphics, templates, and layouts: Ensure high-quality visual presentations for proposals, qualifications packages, resumes, interviews/presentations, collateral, stationary, and all other digital and print promotional materials, utilizing a keen eye for design and advanced graphic abilities in Adobe Creative Suite.
Implements best practices of quality management: Apply rigorous quality management standards to all internal and external communications, showcasing strong attention to detail and training in effective communication techniques.
Maintains and organizes marketing archive: Efficiently manage the marketing archive, ensuring all marketing resources are well-organized and accessible using best practices.
Assists with business development tasks: Support the creation of qualification packages, proposals, and presentations, applying graphic skills and an eye for compelling visual content.
Collaborates with Marketing & PR Specialist: Identify opportunities for staff to write for publications and present at conferences and events.
Manages marketing and industry awards calendar: Oversee the scheduling and submission process for industry awards, ensuring all entries are visually appealing and professionally presented.
Gathers and maintains accurate marketing information: Collect and organize firm marketing data, including project descriptions, statistics, media mentions, and other relevant information.
Collects new employee information: Gather and update bios, resumes, headshots, project lists, etc., ensuring all materials are visually consistent and professionally presented.
Updates Unanet and AirTable: Maintain historical and current project data, opportunities data, and business development information, demonstrating proficiency in these platforms and attention to detail.
Assists proposal team: Coordinate and develop RFP/RFQ content, utilizing graphic skills and a strong eye for layout and design.
Conducts research: Analyze industry and market trends to inform marketing strategies.
Develops social media content: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media channels, demonstrating graphic skills and an eye for current design trends.
Provides support at industry events: Assist with firm representation at industry-related events, both during and outside normal business hours, showcasing strong organizational skills and professional demeanor.
Other administrative support duties: Perform various administrative tasks as assigned, requiring a combination of graphic ability, a great eye for detail, and training in administrative best practices.
