Ci Design, Inc. (Ci) seeks dynamic and vibrant professionals who can share their unique talents and make their mark within our growing and highly collaborative architectural firm which works in several thriving markets with practices in science and technology, mixed-use and residential, mission critical, workplace and industrial manufacturing. Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement, strategy and change management.

Ci is currently seeking a motivated and experienced LANDSCAPE Architectto join our Baltimore office full-time. This role works closely with Ci’s Principals and leverages your industry expertise and technical skills to drive client projects from concept through completion.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• 8–12 years of post-graduate architectural experience

• Licensed or registered architect is a plus

• Develop and implement landscape design concepts that integrate site planning, grading, planting design, and sustainable landscape strategies across a variety of project types

• Coordinate landscape architecture scope with architecture, civil engineering, and site consultants to ensure cohesive site and environmental design solutions

• Experienced with assuming the leadership role in managing the design and production of construction documents for multiple projects

• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; proficient in interfacing with clients and consultants

• Ability to manage client, team and project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV, landscape and civil consultants

• Proficient in architectural material and systems detailing, including envelope systems design

• Support communication between project team, clients, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officials

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp is required; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency is preferred

• Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects and teams while meeting deadlines

• Conduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
