Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement, strategy and change management.
Ci is seeking a seasoned Licensed Architect Level III for our Dallas office. This position requires a professional who can lead and innovate in conceptual design, offering comprehensive support throughout complex architectural projects
Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:
8+ years of professional experience
Licensed professional required
Actively participate in conceptual project design
Provide comprehensive support throughout project lifecycles
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in specialized architectural systems
Liaise with project managers, architects, and consultants
Develop and lead project technical viewpoints
Coordinate with project-in-charge on solutions and strategies
Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino etc.)
Demonstrate leadership in architectural design
Excellent in communication and collaboration
Oversee technical aspects of major projects
Investigate and recommend client-focused design solutions
Ensure high-quality outcomes in design and planning
Collaborate with teams and clients on project coordination
Produce and review detailed project specifications
Tackle complex assignments with innovative techniques
Guide junior architects technically
Efficiently manage project timelines and quality
Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into designs
Display strong leadership capabilities
Review and interpret reports, plans, and calculations
