Within each of these practices, our team provides exceptional services in architecture, planning, landscape design, experiential graphics and branding, lab and manufacturing planning, interior design, procurement, strategy and change management.
Ci is seeking a highly experienced Licensed Architect Level II to contribute to our architectural projects in our Dallas office. This role is designed for a professional capable of managing complex architectural projects and contributing significantly to design and execution phases.
Responsibilities, Requirements and Qualifications:
6+ years of professional experience
Licensed professional required
Oversee the preparation and technical design aspects of major projects
Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions to meet client needs
Oversee design and planning studies, ensuring high-quality outcomes
Coordinate with project teams, clients, and consultants
Produce and review comprehensive project specifications
Handle complex assignments requiring new or improved techniques and procedures
Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
Stay updated with industry trends and integrate them into designs
Strong leadership skills
Proven ability in reviewing and interpreting completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations
Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino etc.)
Ensure compliance with project specifications and design requirements
Manage multiple tasks and projects while adhering to deadlines and budgets
Offer technical guidance to less experienced architects
Manage project timelines, ensuring efficiency and quality
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with a creative approach to problem-solving
