The Barbee Chapel Road Apartments in Chapel Hill is the Toll Brothers' first multi-family development in North Carolina. The project will bring 318 multifamily units, 23 of which will be sold at an affordable price. The project will also include 24 townhomes, a clubhouse, pool deck, central greenspace, wider sidewalks and pedestrian connections to the NC-54 greenway.
