James Run consists of 193 multi-family units with two 4-story wood frame buildings. The project’s amenities include courtyards, a saltwater swimming pool with a BBQ grilling area, a clubhouse, state-of-the-art fitness center, dog park and a breezeway with outdoor seating and Amazon Hub.

Branded environmental and wayfinding graphics provide key navigation throughout the site’s many indoor and outdoor amenities. The James Run logo and branding color directly relate to a nearby river, and a correlating graphic pattern for the interior signage reflects an abstract form of water.
