Ci teamed with J. Calnan & Associates and Avid Engineers on a high-end lobby renovation at 52 South Street in Hopkinton, Massachusetts for Griffith Properties. Renovations to the first and second floor lobbies, 5,300-square-feet and 2,500-square-feet respectively, included new glass tenant entries, the expansion of the tenant suite, security desk removal, and infill of the stair enclosure wall. Our team strategically added new lighting within the elevator lobby areas, primary lighting within the double-height space and elevated lobby finishes.
