CI Design Names Montás as Designer
Boston and Baltimore-based firm continues to expand its Science & Technology staff

BOSTON and BALTIMORE (June 12, 2019) – In its continuing expansion of its Science & Technology (S&T) practice, CI Design has named Crystal Arlette Montás as Designer, the international architectural design firm announced today. Montás will be based in the firm’s Boston office.

Montás’ experience in modeling, surveying and team coordination will enhance the services CI’s rapidly growing S&T division offers to clients in this very specialized field, said Raffe Khazadian, AIA, principal.

“Crystal is an exciting young talent, and we’re delighted to add her to our team,” Khazadian said.

Prior to joining CI Design, Montás was a designer with TRIA, where she focused on lab equipment surveys, models, construction administration, rendering creation and more. She holds a Master of Architecture with distinction from the Wentworth Institute of Technology, where she also earned a Bachelorr of Science in Architecture.

BOSTON and BALTIMORE (June 12, 2019) – CI Design has named Mike Evers Designer in its Boston office, continuing the location’s rapid expansion.

“Boston and all of New England not only is a wellspring of opportunity, but also of architecture and design talent,” said Christopher Ladd, AIA, NCARB, vice president and principal. “We welcome Mike as we know he will contribute immensely to both our commercial and science & technology practices.”

Evers most recently served as a designer with TRIA, working on various projects from concept to construction, and researching, creating and introducing new technological tools to the office. Prior experience includes working with Boston College Capital Projects Management.

“CI’s leadership is remarkably open to new ideas and tools,” Evers said. “I’m excited to work with the best in the business in commercial and S&T design.”

Evers earned both Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Architecture degrees from the Wentworth Institute of Technology.
