MetropicaULI

At this year's Urban Land Institute (ULI) Florida Summit in Miami, representatives from the Metropica development team, KGH International Development, spoke on a panel addressing the challenges and opportunities that come with the development of large-scale, mixed-use developments such as Metropica.

Regarded as one of the "most highly anticipated real estate projects in south Florida," the primary strategy behind the 65-acre transit-oriented, mixed-use development aims to provide an all-encompassing retail experience by heavily incorporating food, beverage and entertainment options into the mix of shopping tenants. This retail district, master planned and designed by ci design, differentiates itself from the shopping centers and malls typical to South Florida to create an experience aligned to the changing expectations of the customer.
