 ci design is the planner and architect for Metropica, a 4 million sf mixed-use development on 64 acres, including 400,000 sf of retail, restaurants and entertainment, 2,250 condominium residential units, 350 residential apartments, 610,00 sf of office space, and 9,267 structured parking spaces. Located at the epicenter of South Florida’s retail and entertainment district at Sunrise Boulevard and NW 136th Avenue, Metropica will connect existing projects such as Sawgrass Mills (directly adjacent to the complex) and the BB&T Center, as well as upcoming developments such as the American Express Corporate campus through a shuttle service, and with all of Western Broward County through regional buses.
