David Marcozzi serves as a Senior Project Manager and Designer at ci design focusing on large scale mixed use projects. His diverse experience in each discipline including retail, entertainment, hospitality, office, and multi-family residential grounds him as an experienced leader in mixed use development. He is also engaged in ci’s business development practices and client management operations.

Mr. Marcozzi’s project experience extends to an international level and has worked on projects from China to Brazil. In the states, David has worked on projects of all scales from smaller$10 million dollar projects to larger complicated mixed use projects valued at several hundreds of millions of dollars. Closer to home, David has played a role in Baltimore projects including the Hyatt Place in Harbor East, the 400 East Pratt Street Expansion, Brown’s Warf Redevelopment and Cross Street Market Redevelopment.

Mr. Marcozzi received his professional degree from UNC-Charlotte and was previously an Associate Principal at Fillat+ Architecture,and Mid-Atlantic Director at Clockwork A&D. Currently, David is overseeing the construction of the River Club in Bogota, New Jersey. A ci designed masterplan consisting of 5 mixed use, new construction buildings hugging the edge of the Hackensack River.

Born and raised locally in Baltimore, David sits on the Main Street Design Review Board of the South East CDC and is also a member of the AIA, Baltimore ULI and ICSC. Humbled by his families successful Italian Marketplace, David continues to participate in cultural organizations, and activities, and tirelessly aids in the gentrification of Baltimore’s growth.
