Chapel View, a historic granite church and school, was reinvented into a seven-building village with residences, retail, office and podium-structured parking. Three former dormitories were combined into a single retail and restaurant facility. Due to the 40’ grade variance in elevation, our team designed a parking podium to serve the 200 residential units and 100,000 square feet of office with 220,000 square feet of lifestyle retail, restaurants, parks and plazas.
